“We had Accurate install our roof 27 years ago as well as some soffit work 15 to 20 years ago. We never had an issue with the roof but after that much time we knew we need to have it replaced. We contacted Murek (the owner) to obtain a quote and compare it against another quote we had obtained. The install was completed in one day which allayed our fears of having the roof exposed to possible rain overnight. The next day Accurate also installed new gutters which look great. After working with KPI2 for other projects, as well as being the primary contract for our HOA, we knew they would the ideal company. Their team showed up on time 3 days in a row to complete the install of new windows and a back door. They were professional and cleaned up completely (no nails hiding in the grass or crevices) after every day. They replaced any framing wood that may have been needed as well as ensured all siding was put back up correctly with the appropriate waterproofing (something that the original contracts of the house neglected to install).
