I do NOT recommend this place for your tax return needs. They used the wrong account information for our direct deposit even though we told them more than once that the bank account they had on file was no longer active. We even opted for the quick return so we could have our return in about a week, now we have to wait for the bank to reject the deposit, return the money to the IRS, and have the IRS mail us a paper check. What should have been a week is now going to take an extremely long time, this is money we were depending on. Quick Tax is fantastic. They're professional, friendly, affordable, and really good at their jobs. I had a huge job for them to do, and they sorted out my mess with no hesitation or difficulty. They even let me pay them on a payment plan, because I had so much for them to do that I could not afford the whole bill at once. I will NEVER go to another accountant! Kiran is my guy. He's so good at his job! I recommended him to my whole family. He did my personal as well as business taxes, and everything worked out wonderfully. It's crazy, but I'm actually looking forward to doing my taxes this year. They really make it that simple and enjoyable.
