It was an amazing experience. I have never dealt with a more efficient operation or nicer people. I felt heard, cared-for, and confident that I was receiving excellent care. I was apprehensive walking in and that disappeared when the first person took my information. There was virtually no wait time. And I am confident that I will feel better soon.thank you!
As a returning patient... I found:
* Check in was quick and courteous.
* Very accommodating nurse, fully explained procedures & method for what-to-expect. Nice demeaner and pleasant attitude.
* X-Ray Tech, Pleasant, good patience (for a good Patient)
again fully explained procedure & instructions were clear & precise.
* Physician, incredible bedside manner (and very considerate yet thorough with issue I was having)
Overall you have a Truly Outstanding Facility and I'm glad I chose to have my issue addressed here. Although I hope not to see you guys in a long, long time...... read full review
I was very satisfied with my visit. The staff were friendly and professional. They helped me with my issue in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Patient First to my friends and family.
