Great staff! Very helpful with their in house dentistry plan. I am not one for the dentist, but this was a very easy and pain free experience. I will be back in 6 months to keep working on a great clean smile.
I usually don't write reviews, but figured I need to give Dr. Zenalaj the credit he deserves. I hate the dentist. Like, need to knock me out, or heavily drug me to get me to have work done. I put off work for years because of the fear (and I was pregnant for like 2 years straight so never got proper care). And since moving to Levittown 4 years ago, I've not found a dentist I liked, until now. I felt comfortable immediately with Dr. Zenalaj, and while I only saw his wife Dr. Sinani once, she is just as great. He made me comfortable when I initially came in for pain in my molar. I had a cap done, which I think I cracked two weeks later from lifting weights. Not only did he call me after hours to get me scheduled, he also brought me back in to check the tooth the next day, and worked with me to get me set up for a root canal. Which I vowed to never have a root canal done, but felt he knew what he was doing. Mind you, he did this all without me needing to be sedated or with nitrous. Very minimal pain, and he made sure to adjust it so I didn't continue to have any if I did have pain. I do not want anymore root canals, but if I need them, I 1000% will be going back to his practice. Like others have said, Dr. Zenalaj is always a personable guy who genuinely cares about you. I also love that both him and his wife work together, such an awesome couple! Thank you again Dr. Zenalaj!
The office staff and the doctor is excellent. I always had fear of a dentist and he made me less afraid and comfortable with. Highly recommended.
