Charles is not only a thorough and professional home inspector, but he was extremely informative and educated us throughout the entire process. He provided clear explanations about the various elements of the inspection, and gave us thoughtful advice about ongoing maintenance to keep our home safe for many years to come. Charles was friendly, funny, and extremely knowledgeable, and Rose was very helpful throughout the scheduling process. The inspection report is very thorough and detailed.
