Came here for adult acne issues. Still working through the issues, but when I come here, I feel seen and heard. I am very used to doctors ignoring my thoughts relating to medical issues, but Dr. Shelby listens and adjusts pursuant to what I tell her is happening. I have a lot of confidence and faith in Dr. Shelby because she is patient, knowledgeable, and she always breaks things down when I don't understand without judgement toward me. An added bonus to an excellent staff is that the place is so clean, modern, and comfy!
Great dermatologist, it was very easy to make an appointment, when I arrived it was easy to check in. Both times I've been I only waited a few minutes before they took me back.
