I was not a customer at the time, but I had an emergency on a Saturday morning at 6am, and after calling many companies they were the only company in the area that picked up the phone.

The helpful rep took my call and told me she would get in touch with someone right away. Two minutes later I received a call from John Reilly. John worked patiently and respectfully with me, and he helped me quickly resolve the issue.

Customer service like this is rare today. John has earned my trust with his sincerity and care for his customer, and because of this he has earned a contract and continued repeat business from me in the future!
