12 Mystic Ln, Malvern“I highly recommend Aline Physical Therapy. I was diagnosed with shoulder impingement by my orthopedic doctor and needed physical therapy to recover. Arpna asked great questions, listened carefully to me, and developed a program that made more sense to me than a program initially suggested by a larger PT practice. After a few weeks, I felt a significant decline in my shoulder pain and I feel I'm on the path to healing with Arpna's guidance. I have also gotten therapeutic massage on my shoulder from Maria Lepore that was very helpful. This practice is all about one-on-one attention.“
“Until discovering Penn, I mistakenly believed I knew what PT was all about as a former patient of the other major option here in Chester County. Was I wrong.
There is no comparison whatsoever how at much better the physical therapy experience is at Penn.
Everything and everyone - the facilities, the support staff, the therapists - works together with you to get you back quickly on your feet. You are assigned one therapist who works exclusively with you unlike the other guys who have many patients at one time. Here you are prioritized a full hour of one on one work.
My issue was osteoarthritis and trouble walking.
Therapist Joe L listened to me and after a comprehensive exam, designed a program that made things simple yet built on progression through a series of exercises.
One major highlight I NEVER ONCE GOT AT THE OTHER PLACE is the table work where he’d stretch me out and apply heat to my tender muscles at the end of each session.
I can now do these exercises on my own and have a plan once my hip replacement surgery can be scheduled.
Thanks to Penn and Joe for this excellent physical therapy and outstanding care!“

134 Lancaster Ave, Malvern“I tore my left ACL while playing volleyball and went through ACL reconstruction. Post surgery, I experienced pain and swelling after every PT session. I visited three different PTs over the course of two years and all I used to get was that my knee is a puzzle. To be honest, I didn't have much hope when I first visited Supriya at Potential. Lack of strength, instability and flexibility were major concerns two years after the surgery.Supriya analyzed and spent time to make me aware of the underlying problem. I never got the confidence earlier that my problem will be solved or realistic timeline of rehab. She has that rare trait of connecting with patients, clarity in both analyzing and explaining the problem by setting realistic rehab goals. Today, I can and I ten miles straight every other day and I am able to play game again.I am very grateful for Supriya and Potential Physical Therapy.I would highly recommend her for anyone in need of physio.“
“I first discovered Christine in 2015 through a Google search when I was struggling with persistent IT band issues as an avid runner and Crossfit athlete. From the very first session with Christine, I experienced a remarkable improvement in my IT band, allowing me to return to my normal running routine. Her expertise and skill were truly impressive, and I couldn't believe the positive impact just one session had on my recovery. Since that initial encounter, I have continued to rely on Christine for any injuries or muscular issues I encounter. Her ability to address my concerns and efficiently work on my body has been unparalleled. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and various massage techniques, but she also possesses a kind and compassionate demeanor that makes every session a pleasant experience. One of the things that sets Christine apart is her flexibility and willingness to accommodate last-minute appointments, especially when I've had a race coming up and needed urgent treatment for an injury. Her dedication to her clients' well-being is evident in every interaction, and I am truly grateful for her continued support over the years. I wholeheartedly recommend Christine Burnett to anyone in need of a skilled and caring massage therapist. She has been a blessing to me, consistently helping me recover from injuries and stay active in my sports. Thank you, Christine, for your exceptional care and expertise!“
