Everyone was wonderful, helpful, and nice. MRI appt was easy, organized, efficient, quick and comfortable. Got the results the next day. Highly recommend! I'm wondering if some of the bad experiences on Yelp were had when there were unavoidable under-staffing issues **everywhere** because of covid, which also left the remaining employees very stressed and overworked.

Main Line health Exton keep send email to me said I owned them $314.73 for blood works, my Insurance told me this is routine physical will covered by Insurance 100% but some one in Main Line put wrong code number on paper work so I need to pay for $314.73 I keep called Main Line Billing dept. ( Sandy, Ashley Sfetkoi, Anita) since Feb - May and they told me waiting for Doctor coding Dept. for review. Why took them so long to solve this problem for patient? 3 months already! Please review Main Line paper work issued from them with your Insurance before you take a blood works or X-ray, too bad no one can help you after that. 5/31 Called gain and she hung up on me.
