I tried making an appointment in July of 2022. They required a deposit which was odd at the time (normal now). I found out I was pregnant and was advised not to get my lashes done until a certain gestational age, therefore I cancelled my appointment. The lash tech then blocked me on social media. Very bad customer service and straight up rude and kept the deposit.

A year ago, I ended up with permanent damage to my brows after getting them waxed elsewhere. I couldn’t get them to waxed anymore so I asked around for threading options in Exton. Someone gave me Alisha’s card and she was able to fit me in the next day.When I arrived, we discussed the damage I had previously and made a plan for how to best approach my brows. I was pleasantly surprised! Alisha was gentle and did an amazing job on my brows!

The best place to get your lashes and is brows done. They’re so genuine and they have you in and out. Diamond is the only one who has done my lashes and she’s the only one who I’ll ever trust to do them, the retention is amazing.
