We've completed three successful projects with Dooley-Pyne over the last 2 years so far, and I could not be happier with everything they've done. They installed 75 feet of french drain for a large yard drainage project. We also hired Dooley-Pyne to design two large garden beds, re-grade the soil in our yard, and construct 50 feet of garden wall. They've designed over 250 square feet of gardens, turning it from weeds to professionally planted garden beds for us. Dooley Pyne has provided snow removal services at a couple of the properties I had the privilege of managing. Bob does an amazing job with providing timely responses and expediting/communicating what is needed to the team. The onsite team also works extremely hard and is courteous. Guy Pyne, the owner, is also one of the most kind and genuine people I have worked with. If you have the pleasure of working with this team, you should know that you not only will receive some of the best service, but that the company providing the services are good people, who care about their working team, and their customers. We initially had some issues with poor service related to our lawn maintenance, due mostly to inexperienced workers (good help is hard to find, especially in covid times). We expressed our concerns to the owners, who apologized and promised to improve the quality of our service. They were very understanding and responsive, something that's not easy to find these days with landscaping companies. We are confident moving forward with Dooley-Pyne and know they will make every effort to ensure the quality of service we're expecting and know they can provide.
