Absolute worst business out there. Office is closed the week between Christmas-New Year's (but no posting about special holiday hours either on the website or their office door); they are only open 4 days a week as is, and the hours are terrible. Tried to pay online but it says my account "doesn't exist". I gave one start because I couldn't post without doing so, otherwise I would give them ZERO stars.

Establishment was closed even though it said everyone they were open. Called and left a message 4 days ago and still have no received a call back. Poor planning and managing of this company as a whole.

Berkheimer is a scam attempting to extort money from people. They send fraudulent mailing with made up fees in an attempt to scare people into paying them. Do not give them your money.
