They are terrible. No communication. We are now heading into month number 5 of our insurance claim. Nationwide insurance recommended Belfor, so we went with them to manage our repairs. Our claim was August 8th and tomorrow is November 29th, no where near completion.Update: I updated to 3 stars because the work was finally completed just before Christmas. They did do a good job of workmanship and follow up of small items that needed attention. However, there was some some back and forth on the invoice. Finally came to an agreement a couple of weeks ago. We received a notice from their headquarters that they were going to put a lien on our house if we did not overnight...read full review
We had an incident at work and Belfor responded within minutes. The work crew was there within the hour and completed the job of clean up that day. The continued until they restored our office back to normal. Very respectful crews at all the stages from cleaning to restoration.
