Chuck is very professional and was right on time. We had purchased replacement smoke alams in January. Now one was faulty and kept going off. Chuck advised a new unit that you don’t replace the batteries for 10 years that are the newest technology. The co gave usca refund on the other units and we will pay the difference. Looking forward to the new smoke alarms! Chuck is very knowledgeable on smoke alarms! He will be back on Tuesday to install
Wes was great! Gave me the best resolution options for the issue I had, and was able to fix the issue right away for less than I was expecting to pay. Great attitude, called when he was on the way and arrived on time. Would highly recommend.
