Amazing, professional, responsive, and respectful organization. The service was great, from scheduling, response time, reminder text, personal call from the technician with eta, as well as a text from Sila with photo and bio of his credentials. But I can’t say enough about David, the drain/sewer specialist. What a kind, humble, knowledgeable, and engaging man. He not only explained everything expertly, he was a great conversationalist while he worked. Would recommend highly.
James arrived at our home during the promised timeframe. He was able to evaluate and diagnose the situation. I agreed on replacing the sump pump and he was able to take care of it quickly.
Eli was amazing! So thorough and nice. He explained everything as he was doing it and had the best smile. I would 100% want him back for all of our HVAC needs. Eli, you are my favorite Sila guy!!!
