We over ordered the amount of concrete we need but Dubrook shorted us and then denied shorting us. We can do math and know we were shorted. The people we called we rude and unwilling to help. On top of it all the truck couldn't use all the chutes because they were so covered in concrete they couldn't be hooked together. We had to use a wheelbarrow instead of chutes. This is unnecessary because the are of concrete was only 12x20 and the chutes should have reached. This was the first time we used this concrete company and it will be the last.

"Commercial or industrial businesses, which function principally outside of a building, shall be prohibited from operating between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., unless the Borough grants a permit for special consideration limited to 10 days per year."Quoted from Evans City's general Legislation.Dubrook regularly breaks the law by operating outside of normal hours. Even if they have the special permit, they do this multiple times a month, much more than the 10 days a year. The fact they are allowed to operate a business like that in a neighborhood where people live is laughable.
