I have a somewhat of an oddball furnace , there aren’t a lot of this model in the area . So when something goes wrong the men & women at Spaeder are my go to company as they usually have whatever widget part in stock or can get it overnight and my HVAC system up and running again . They are clean courteous and respectful , naturally taking appropriate precautions to keep them and you from cold or sick . They are a large operation and yet very nearby when you need them .
We've used a number of plumbers over the past 40 years, and Spaeder is at the top of the list. The response time is very quick. We've never had to wait more than a day for routine work. In an emergency the response is very fast. When you schedule a call the plumbers give you updates for arrival, and call when they are on the way. Work has always been top-knotch, and the fees are fair. Never had a bad experience. Their crews give great diagnoses and recommend a reasoned solution, even if it means a no charge resolution. Marty came out and did a fantastic job. He is a detective and found the source of our leak quickly. A prior plumber had said we needed to replace our toilet saying that was the source of the leak but I wanted a second opinion. Well, it turned out that the toilet only needed a quick repair and Marty found the actual cause, a bathtub issue. Marty was polite, professional, and informed, and tolerated our endless questions.
