We have used Tj,s numerous times over the past few years to check our furnace, install a new one, and check our air conditioner. We have always received excellent and timely service. Tim came today and found that the problem was caused by my carelessness, but he couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful to suggest preventative maintenance. My 18 year old water tank failed and I didn't want to spend repair money on an older unit. I talked to TJ's Monday morning at 8:15 and a couple hours later, two guys were at my house to assess the situation. I approved of the plan/quote and replacement tank was ordered. Note that if I hadn't needed something special, they would have had it in stock. Tuesday morning at 8:45 Rob and Dan showed up at my house with a new tank and started the installation. By 11:00 AM they had finished, verified the new unit was heating, cleaned up, loaded up the old tank and left. That's 27 hours from first contact to completion. TJ had a great design solution for my bathroom/bedroom in a small space. Kevin and team worked in an efficient and neat manner. They did above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend them.
