I'd been here multiple times before with nothing but good things to say. After this experience, not sure if I will be back. My appointment started an hour and a half after my scheduled time. I did not have a problem with this and waited, but am frustrated about the overall appointment and professionalism. I had the male massage therapist, which hasn't been a problem at other places, but he made me uncomfortable and nervous. He grabbed my hands and put them on his waist during the massage? He also answered a phone call on his cell phone during the massage and added time to my massage without asking. The fact that he had his cell phone out during my massage was concerning on so many levels. We had communicated at the beginning that it would be a 60 minutes massage. He wrote 60 on his phone to confirm the massage time. At the end, he charged me for a 90 minute massage because he said that he added 30 minutes on. Due to the language barrier, I could not understand why he was charging me extra for a decision that he made. After having a conversation back and forth on Google translate, he charged me $90 for what was pre-planned and agreed to be a 60 minute massage. I was so unimpressed that I gave him the money and walked out. If you've already agreed to have a 60 minute massage, why would you add time without asking the customer? Very disappointed and sad to give a low review from a repeated customer. May not be returning.
