Just went to their office today. The two I saw that took my X-rays were so wonderful to me. I have a tooth that needs extracted, they pulled some strings and talked to the surgeon and asked if he’d pull my tooth the day they took my X-rays because of how much pain it caused me.
So, I am in the chair waiting for the surgeon patiently and gratefully because I was just so thankful of the thought of this tooth coming out. I called to make a appointment (2024) but because I missed 2 appointments back in 2019 I was dropped from the practice “forever”. Seems a bit harsh that they don’t have some type of forgiveness policy, since this was before I even had kids and was a young adult at that time.

This place is so full of shyt!! They stopped me and my family from coming into the office because I could never get anyone on the phone awhile bk to cancel appointments because I am disabled and couldn't get a designated driver to take us. I am not allowed to drive due to my disability and wen I tried to explain to Summit Dental they acted like they didn't have a care in the world. This happened over a year and a half ago. Now I call them this morning and they still say that we are not allowed to come in because of no shows! I mean it's not me and my kids fault because they were short staffed at the time and they didn't ever answer their phones so I could cancel or whatever!!...read full review
