Took my bestfriend here for 1 of her bday surprises and it was so relaxing. We took the slow and mindful class with Amy and it was super fun. It really is for anyone at any level (me being a beginner and my bestfriend being a pro) it was calming, easy, and Amy is super kind. 10/10 recommended

Although I have not been there in weeks I look forward to my next class. I was a newbie in class and everyone instructor and participants all were very accommodating ! I got so relaxed during the meditation period - I almost feel asleep- and this never happens to me!!! What a wonderful feeling!!!

Schoolhouse yoga has many awesome classes. The teachers are welcoming and knowledgeable and the space is calm, relaxing and spotlessly clean. There are a variety of class types so there is something for everyone. From beginner to advanced and traditional to updated and modern. I would highly recommend the Energy Medicine Yoga and the Wednesday morning yoga with breath work class. Both are easy to follow and effective in managing stress, flexibility issues and offer increased overall well being.
