Worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Do not trust them! We’ve had our Rainsoft system for a little over a year. Service from the start was horrible but we took their excuses for not showing up. We’ve been calling for 5 months to get a service person out to fix our system-they set up a 10 hour period to come then never show up. Today after voicing my complaints to the service manager Mark, he decided to turn all the blame on my husband and me then proceeded to interrupt me as I refuted his outlandish claims then began screaming over me and asked, “you want to get into a screaming match? I was having issues with my Kinetico system which was upsetting because it was only 3 years old. I called around and found these guys to be reasonable plus I was very pleased with the Consumer Reports. That hooked me up with a quick install date. Thanks again.
