Went with my mother when she came up to visit, and genuinely had a great experience. It may seem very hole in wall cause it's in a Macy's but the workers are extremely friendly! They also give good input and advice for styling after you leave as well. We had Cameo as our hair stylist and while I just got a simple trim and wash, I walked out happy. My mother on the other hand, I have NEVER seen excited about her hair. To her hair is hair. This time she dared to dip into color and Cameo did an excellent job with a subtle purple and brown mix (sorry I don't know technical terms lol) so it wasn't to intimidating for my mother haha.
