I received five quotes for a mini split AC system for our 1800 sq foot ranch and Preece was the only one that provided a clear installation plan . Their quote was the least expensive and it was for installation of the leading brand-Mitsubishi.

Mike responded very quickly . He was here in 30 minutes. Fixed my mom's furnace and had the heat on within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Preece heating and cooling for quick,excellent work and professionalism.

My furnace was not working and had no heat called them and with in a half a hr (Mike ) was here and had it working. Very professional and explained everything he was going to do. I will highly recommend to all my family and friends to use
