“As most people probably are for lasik, I was absolutely terrified. Special thanks to Almynd, Dr. Haverly and Bill for keeping me cool, calm and collected the day of surgery. I have been telling people nonstop about my surgery since I had it done last July. I PROMISE you it is not bad at all! I felt NOTHING! NOT A THING! I did my surgery at 8am and rested for the entire day. Every time I opened my eyes from a nap, I could see better and better. It was nuts. It's still crazy to me that I just wake up everyday not needing glasses or contacts to see. I've had some slight dry eye here and there when the weather changes but overall, 0 problems since surgery. I believe when I went in for my checkup I saw even better than 20/20. HIGHLY recommend going for a consultation!!“

“I have been going to West Penn for years. I like the personalized service I receive. I have gotten to know the Dr. and office staff over the years and feel welcomed at this office.I went to a large chain for an eye exam and glasses in between optical coverage and that was an eye opener (pun intended). It was very impersonal. The staff did not seem knowledgeable and the pressure for add ons was annoying. I felt more like a customer than a patient.I have been pleased West Penn's service and their products (glasses and contacts). Their selection of glass frames is a little limited at times. If they cannot help you find anything there, you are always given a copy of you prescription so you can shop around.This review is based on my own experiences with this office. I would recommend them to friends and family.“

“Dr. Conjack was really awesome. I had a swollen eyelid, which was some type of stye/infection and very scary. Bayfront got me in the same day due to cancellations and Dr. Conjack prescribed me an antibiotic and eye drops. Thankfully it’s subsided a few days after. She was super polite, enthusiastic, and friendly. Took ample time to answer all my questions and offer me some comfort as I was kinda freaking out. The woman in the lens center was really nice and adjusted my glasses too which I appreciated. The woman working the front desk… not the most personable nor super welcoming in person or phone- but I’m sure she’s just really busy. Thanks Dr. Conjack. Really appreciate you. However had to knock a star when I found out that other local medical consults were only $40 and they charge $100“

Office is usually busy but the staff is always on top and get jod done very quick. Come in and out at no time. Definitely recommend.“
