We could not be happier with the service we received from Nerthlings. We wanted to look into replacing our 30+ year old boiler heating system and maybe adding some ductless AC options to our home. I filled a quick and easy form on their website which even allowed me to schedule a date and window of time for a consultation. John was at my door right on time with a ton of helpful information, upgrade options, and clear expectations. We were very satisfied with the service that Jeremy Fuchs gave us. He was right on time, professional, courteous, and answered all of our questions. One of our main issues was with how loud our air conditioner sounds in our house and he was able to alleviate some of that for us. He is an excellent technician. I recommend Jeremy and Nerthlings Heating and Air Conditioning very highly!

Both times we have had to have them come out on emergency calls and both guys were fantastic. The first guy came and fixed our AC in a matter of 30 mins. He was super professional and friendly. The second guy that came out had to fix Lowes Angie’s list “professional” installation of our thermostat. The Lowes Angie’s list hire did not know how to install a smart thermostat and told us our furnace was broken after messing with it. When we got upset he cut the line to our AC and ran out. After calling Nerthling’s they came right out and fixed it with no issues. Our furnace was never broken and Nerthling’s did an amazing job fixing what he broke. I will never... read full review
