8/19/24. During a recent furnace and AC check on July 16, Rich, the technician found that the pressure for my Ac unit was down suggesting a leak somewhere. After discussing that a repair was not a reasonable thing and the old age of the unit I decided to buy a new air conditioner. I was informed it might be later In August before it could happen. I was pleasantly surprised to learn it was scheduled for July 29. My thanks and appreciation to those men who completed this project: Rick Mcmunn, Gary Johnson, Joe Rose, Luke Kaspar and Brandon Cruz. Great customer service! Came out the same day and were able to diagnose and fix my a/c quickly! And it ended up costing way less than I had anticipated! I will be calling them from now on!
