I won’t be back. There are some slight imperfections with the nails, I can live with that. No big deal. The arguing and nonstop upselling is why I won’t be back. I asked for almond, she said “no I’ll give you square.” I said no I want almond, she said “okay compromise, I’ll give you oval.” She then brought another client into the conversation and said began saying “i say something and now she looks mad.” The other client said “i like my oval nails but give her what she wants.” Conversation ended and she started my nails but the whole time, literally every 5-7 minutes it was “buy a gift card for your friend,” “buy a gift card for yourself,”... read full review

Awesome experience! Very professional, best full set I have ever gotten! I would recommend this nail salon over ANY other in Erie. Also I highly recommend Kim, she was great!
Requested style: I requested a short full set and they gave me exactly that without any push toward more expensive options like other places (like M nails ??).
Stylist: Kim! She was great! Professional, friendly, and detail oriented.

John and Kim are so friendly and professional. I travel from Ohio to get my nails done here. They always do a prefect job. They last forever, never chip or get damaged and im hard on my hands.
