Original review: Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible. I’ve now spoke with them 5 times. And they say “someone will reach out to you in a few days” and 10 days go by and I call again and they say the same thing. I called the Meadville office and they were very nice but don’t have anyone to service so I unfortunately have to deal with the dodgy Erie office. I will now be going with another company. Completely unprofessional. What a bummer. They make it hard to support local.Edited: after 4 months I finally got someone to fix my freezer. The two repairmen were very nice and quick. I have no complaints on that end. Just very frustrating to be without a freezer... read full review

I had a very pleasant experience with Fullerton. They were helpful, knowledgeable, reliable, and quick! Debbie was especially helpful; she knew exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!
