The high wind storm of Jan 9, 2024 resulted in part of a huge tree falling on and through the roof and bathroom ceiling. After calling insurance company, they had DRS there in 45 minutes. For hours in that freezing rain and high wind, they had the tree removed, roof tarpped in 3 places, fence shored back up. That night we were warm, dry and so very grateful.

DRS was helpful and made my home look better than I can imagine. Everyone who I met along the way was nice and very understanding of the disaster and trauma that happened. Lisa, the secretary, Stacey, the manager, Doug, the manager, Jim, the project manager, George who worked hands on every bit of the house and his helper I can’t remember his name but I know he likes dogs. I believe Carl did my follow up along with Stacey with the bank and insurance and processing. I can’t remember if there were more who helped but each had a role and they did great. My finished basement flooded, and flooded badly. After filing my insurance claim, DRS was at my house the same morning and removed the carpet, and maneuvered my furniture around their work as if it belonged to them.Granted, it took 2 mo this for the new carpet installation to take place, but that was solely on the insurance underwriter and the time it takes to have such a claim pushed through. It took them about 90 minutes to re-carpet the same area, and as before, carefully moved my furniture without damaging anything. I found out afterwards it was my responsibility to move it, but they did so without hesitation.I would absolutely use this company again, and would recommend... read full review
