Above and beyond Bear work harder than expected got the job done at great timing i would very highly recommend him.we were not in good position to even buy a house .but with Bears help and his research we didn't only get a house he also found grants for a new roof and plumbing and more. It would be foolish not to trust him. He is our go to realtor . he is AWESOME!!!!!
