Back with an update -
First of all I pondered deleting the negative part. However, I'm going to leave it to show they took care of the issue and made things right.
After the owner replied back to the updated review of issues we have had, I reached out to them again yesterday like asked and he came out first thing this morning himself. He spent about an hour and half here and explain so much more and exactly what was going on. He admitted that some of the clog was previously missed on the original call. And that the person who serviced it would be explained what happened and how to prevent issues again in future calls. Honest mistake. Things... read full review

My sewer drain backed up. A friendly and helpful person answered the phone in the evening. The next morning they came and cleared the drain. I would use AAA again should the need arise.
