I just completed my Meno Consultation with the Dynamic Duo. It was fantastic. They was patient and answered all my questions. Busted the myths and gave me the information I needed to get started to work with my OBGYN to THRIVE through this (you'll understand this statement after your consultation). I came with my note pad but didn't need it. I received an easy read but detailed guide to get me started. I'm so excited and no longer overwhelmed with those heffas Peri & Meno. Looking forward to my 6 month check in. I am confident there will be changes to celebrate. I mean, look at them; they're walking examples of their knowledge.
Next Level is the absolute best!! Their personal trainers are top notch, they are extremely knowledgeable, push you to reach your goals and create a caring and support environment for everyone. I highly recommend you check them out, you won’t regret it!
Joining Next Level Personal Training by owners Shani and Traci was the BEST decision I've ever made!! My personal trainer Amanda is top tier! She challenges me every time and has such positive energy that motivates me to give 110% every session. I know she's getting me the results I'm striving for.
