The doctor tested everything and the assistant was very knowledgeable and accepting of my conditions and worries. They kept me at ease and were very patient with me. I have 2 teeth that are broken and the doctor, her assistant, and the receptionist were all extremely helpful and explained my options in a very detailed fashion. I'm able to get in within the month for 2 extractions. Female, 40's, Anxiety, Severe Pain, and Cost Concerns for Procedure.
From scheduling, (being able to get in the same day), to being heard. I did not want to go with the crown option and your team listened and laid out all of the options i had and allowed me to decide. To receiving treatment a pleasant experience- all around.
I’m incredibly thankful for Dr. Williams, her assistant Rachel, and the entire Smile Builderz team for getting me in on an emergency visit to remove two wisdom teeth.
