LRA Imaging at LG Health – Ephrata – Urgent Care

I arrived to urgent care and the costumer service specialist at the desk, Melanie was more concerned with her dinner reservation rather than the health of the patients. She took time away from signing me in to talk-to-text someone about how she is angry she is still working. She stated in the talk to text that her dinner reservation is for 5:30 but I arrived to urgent care and began checking in at 4:00. I wish that when people hire for costumer service, they would care more for the patients rather than their personal plans while on the clock. Maybe workers should learn not to schedule plans this close to the end of a shift.

The wait was very very long. Always is. I was better off going to the hospital for how long waits are.

I have used this Urgent Care several times, mostly for regular blood tests. I have small veins, and the phlebotomists here are rock stars! Highly recommended.
