The laundry / bathroom was especially challenging due to a "90's waterproofing job resulting in a very uneven floor along with many other issues. Much of the old concrete was jackhammered out and a completely new floor was poured. New walls, flooring, ceiling, lighting and doors completely transformed the entire finished area of the basement into something we are very proud of and plan to enjoy for years to come. “MNB did our addition, basically a full house build 24x34 full living space from ground with garage, driveway, deck, bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen. Completed outside with a beautiful retaining wall and wrought iron fence. We had 3-4 estimates initially and Matt was the most detailed.
