Dave came out to fix an issue with a magnetic lock at our business. Even though he had a long day he showed up at 8:30 ( on a weekend ) and stayed until the problem was fixed. Very personable and patient. He's welcome back anytime.

He didn’t unlock anything for us because he didn’t have the correct fob for our vehicle BUT he did connect us with another locksmith who was able to help! Every other person we called couldn’t help and didn’t offer any other suggestions, so we are very grateful to Barry for supplying us with another option!

Dave is a lifesaver!!! I was stranded, hours away from home, with a rental that had roadside assistance. Unfortunately, the 3 separate technicians that were deployed by the rental company, under the roadside contract, were unable to retrieve the keys that were locked in my trunk. The rental car company gave up trying to assist and told me to leave the vehicle so that it could later be "recovered". I wanted nothing more than to be done with the rental, but my valuables and medication were in the vehicle and I would be without a way home.
