Mike was referred by our Realtor. We were selling our house and after the buyers home inspection we needed some electrical work. It sounded as if the whole house needed rewired. We were cringing, anxiety through the roof but when Mike showed up he made us feel much much better. He explained what was needed and what he was going to do. It felt like we've known Mike for years but only just met him. Mike took all our worries away and scheduled us for the job. Once the work was complete and he provided the bill we felt like we just scratched a lottery ticket and won! Thanks Mike! If we ever need an electrician or someone asks for a referral, you'll be our #1 guy!

Great service, even his receptionist was super kind. Fair price. I had the inspection done by Mike and he was so incredibly helpful and kind, he was very thorough, and went over everything and made sure I understood what the issues were.

We had our inspection done with Mike Sheely Home Inspection, Gary Walters was our inspector and was very helpful and thorough in looking at the house we wanted to buy. He provided honest feedback in the best interest of the buyer and helped ease our worries through the process of buying a home for the first time. I greatly appreciate the time he spent with us going over all the findings in detail. I also liked that this company provided a recall check and 90 day guarantee which not all companies do. I am very glad we used them for our inspection needs.
