From the first interaction all the way through the completion of the project the team was professional, knowledgeable, straight forward and the workmanship is excellent. I am very happy with this project.So one thing that really turns me off is a truly fake sales pitch. With Jason there was none of that. I think the entire initial visit with us was half an hour and that was to assess the bathroom project, have us pick out what we wanted, and to arrange financing.During the project Jason and team went above and beyond my expectations and really showed that customer satisfaction is their top priority. A cordial and knowledgeable owner and staff. We are very pleased with the walk in tub and appreciate all of the touch up and cleaning that took place after installation. The finesse required to install the tub in a tight spot was impressive. I recommend them highly.

Jason of Mid State Baths was excellent. Great customer service. Always responsive to my emails. Started and finished as promised. Cost was very reasonable. Had to follow up for something a month later and again, Jason was quickly responsive to my request. I would definitely recommend Mid State Baths
