“I've had a hip labrum tear for three years. Surgery was booked but I found Zach's page and decided to give it one last try. I feel SO much better and finally figured out what was causing the injury in the first place, giving me a much better starting point for future training.I've also had shoulder impingement for 2 years that we've been working on simultaneously. That has also gotten better and better each week. All this in just five sessions. I highly recommend choosing at least a few video appointments, Zach's eye for details really makes all the difference. I'm so glad I decided to give this one last try. “After struggling with neck stiffness and pain, taking various pain medications, anti-inflammatory, and muscle relaxers, all without relief, I made an appointment for spinal injections.
I was totally frustrated, and exhusted, irritable from the continuous pain. Then,
I made an appointment with Suparna Damany. I am so thankful that I did. After a single treatment, I cancelled my appointment for the spinal injections. While I have had physical therapy in the past, as well as chiropractor adjustments, and massage, (including cupping), Suparna treatment was very different. Her knowledge of the human body and her ability to feel her way to understanding how to correct the problem was amazing.
The change, was remarkable! I followed her instructions exactly with home exercises, and after a few treatments, I felt wonderful!

“Just got my left knee replaced by Dr Meade and his staff at the Highland Ave Coordinated Health facility and I can't say enough about how well it went. From pre-op to registration to pre-op to surgery to post-op to therapy and release, it was all a positive experience. The staff is both friendly and professional. They are really interested in your surgery and recovery.“

“From what I have seen they have worked out a lot of kinks from past post. The staff is wonderful I enjoy it here. All of the staff nursing staff take care of the residence with respect and love the food comes in time the cleaning staff come in on time and make sure everything is clean its a pretty wonderful flow. Everyone works together and the residents hold a special place in my heart. I would recommend this place to my family and friends if they have family in need of care because the staff that has assembled is possibly the best staff i have ever worked with in my 5 years of being a CNA.
