I love Payless as I've used them for three years without a problem. Pick-up times were spot on. However, I recently moved from the Allentown area, but had business in the area recently. I decided to drop off two suits and five shirts for cleaning. When I got to Payless in the afternoon, they were closed after 12 noon for some reason I've forgotten. There was a hand-scrawled note taped to the door that they would be closing around noon for a few days. While having business near Allentown, I still had to divert about 24 miles in total to find out they were closed. I needed a suit dry cleaned for an important interview and I needed it done quickly. I was able to drop off the suit on a Saturday morning and pick it up on Monday morning. I offered to pay extra for the expediting but they didn't even seem to consider that. Thank you to the Payless Cleaners team for getting me out of a bind!

We have been using Payless Dry Cleaners for over 15 years for our dry cleaning. The price is hard to beat. They always have the clothes ready the next day. Even though they are 20 minutes out of the way, I always make the drive out to them
