John was at our location within 20 minutes. He got our business door to lock safely for the night and came back in the morning for a permanent repair. It was a difficult job, but he didn't get frustrated, remained positive and persevered until it was fixed properly. Great experience with Keith's Lock and Door Service!

Great service and staff! Everyone was very pleasant to deal with! Got an old lock re-keyed while I waited and worked perfect at a great price, saving me a lot of money over replacing the lock.

Had an issue with my front door locking in place, and because I’m dealing with frozen pipes and waiting on the plumber I’m a bit frazzled. They squeezed me in between calls and repaired the lock all within the course of an hour. Tyler was fantastic! Thank you so much!
