Thought I was dealing with a legit business. I signed an agreement and they required 1/3 deposit. Gave me a window when they would be out to landscape. I called back at the end of that timeframe only to get the run around. It’s now been two weeks since the end of that window and not a word from them and not picking up nor returning calls. A real disappointment as this was to be a gift for my elderly parents. Since they aren’t responding I am now looking for another contractor and will likely need to fight to get my deposit back.

We had a representative from the company come to look at a landscape project two weeks ago. At that time the gentleman told us we would hear from them in a few days and he would be able to tell us more about the brick that would work. A week went by without a word. When my husband called to inquire, he was told that they respond within a week, and abruptly hung up. I called on Friday of that week and again was told that when she (I assume office person) got back to the office she would check. I asked her to call and leave a message on our landline...never heard a word. I called today and was told that we were sent an email explaining they couldn't meet our deadline... read full review
