For many years a friend of ours used to clean our oil furnace but he stopped doing it this year. I called two companies and they couldn't come out until November and December, called Harned Durham and they came out within two weeks! The repairman was nice, clean, did his job , talked a bit about the unit to us and was done, and he even addressed a concern that I had from before, very pleased with the experience!
EDIT 3/17: We had an issue during the night where our furnace wouldn't go on, I called Harned Durham first thing in the morning, they had Jarred come out around 11:30 who took his time to diagnose what was wrong, fixed it and did an outstanding job making...read full review
The tech cleaning my burner, Alex , was very nice. He alerted me upon his arrival (as I leave my bilco doors open for them) He explained the condition of my oil burner and showed me pictures, which I appreciated. I do credit the good condition of it to the fact I get it cleaned annually by Harned-Durham techs. They always do a good job!
