“Every single staff member at Building Blocks was amazing with my very active & very stubborn 2 year-old little guy. He was made to feel comfortable and familiar with the devices used to clean his teeth. Once he was comfortable, the cleaning was quick and easy. Miss Kellie was so wonderful! Dr. Samselski provided great information to help encourage healthy practices at home. She provided some comforting advice for areas of concern (pacifier use).

Aside from the actual visit itself, my son loved the waiting area - fun toys and games! I actually had to carry him out crying because he didn’t want to leave…. Go figure.“

“My quality of life has drastically improved since I found Center Valley Dental. I had issues with my previous dentist. I came to Center Valley Dental with a failed root canal with infection that deteriorated some of the bone. Dr. Damien Ren removed the tooth and cleaned up the infection. I had no pain during this procedure. The doctor and staff were completely calm and my comfort was their top priority. After that my bone was built up and Dr. Matthew Lang replaced the tooth Dr. Damien Ren extracted with a dental implant. This took a few visits to ensure the extraction healed, the rod was set and the final tooth was attached to the rod. Throughout all of this I had no pain during the procedures.

During my visits I had conversations with Dr. Matthew Lang about my bite alignment being off. I have always had pains in my neck, headaches and tightness in my jaw daily. There were actually knots in the muscle of my jaw. I always attributed this to stress. Dr. Matthew Lang pointed out that it’s all tied to my bite being off. I am so grateful that Dr. Matthew Lang took the time to explain everything to me. He was patient and calm throughout the process. It has been about 6 months since my bite alignment and I feel fantastic. The pain in my neck, the headaches, the knots in my jaw…all gone. It’s amazing. I would have never thought any of that was tied to my bite alignment.

“Extraordinary Dental has provided an extraordinary service to me!!! I wanted to share my recent experience with Dr. Ladani, whom I visited for an urgent toothache that led to a root canal procedure. During the examination, Dr. Ladani noticed that my teeth were severely ground, and many of them required fillings. He recommended full-mouth veneers and explained the process in detail. During the next visit, he took an impression of the teeth to create multiple molds and temporary veneers while he awaited the final set. Dr. Ladani and his staff were incredibly professional and caring throughout the process. He is truly a perfectionist, ordering multiple sets of temporary veneers to ensure they fit perfectly and look great. He even came in on his days off to accommodate my schedule. “He’s very good with the anesthesia. Every dentist I’ve gone to just about every time they give me a shot in the gums. They always hit a nerve and I hate that very bad feeling this is the only Dentist I know that has never hit a nerve when he gave me a Novacaine shot. He’s very good at it.“
