We have engaged Dale Arndt several times over the years. This time (July 2022), a (different) handyman was doing some other work in our house, and he broke off the decorative ring on the popup drain in our bathtub (not sure how or why). He (the handyman) wanted to fix it from the powder room ceiling below, since there was no other access. But this would have involved cutting into the drywall which he had just painted all nice. I told him (the handyman) to hold off. We made an SOS call to Dale, since I recollected he had helped us with a similar problem in my other bathroom in 2017. Dale showed up and tried to take the fitting out with his special tool that engaged the cross-piece, but was limited in the amount of torque that could be applied since something else was turning which shouldnt be (perhaps as a result of the handyman's prior attempts). So he got out his hacksaw blade and sawed the fitting remnant off the PVC piping threads to remove it. Painstaking work, especially on the knees and forearms. Also delicate work as you had to be careful not to damage the pipe threads in the PVC drainpipe. I offered him some water or coke. He politely declined saying he had his drinks in the van. Anyway, he got it out and a new replacement went in smooth, pretty much the same approach as in 2017. He also snaked out a slow flushing commode. Throughout, he kept explaining what he was doing. He cleaned up after himself. And most importantly for my wife, he agreed to wear shoe covers we supplied, and he took them off and back on every time he had to go to his truck (about 4 times). We were so appreciative of this, as well has relieved that we didnt have to rip up any drywall, that we added a 10% gratuity !
Met a man in a coffee shop in Cape May w 2 beautiful well behaved and friendly toy poodles, asked where he got them…. Went home googled KC poodles but wasn’t sure I was ready for a new baby…. What an amazing pick up day- when I walked in their daughter handed me Archie and I’ve barely put him down since! The sweetest little soul - love at first sight! Kara sent us home with a beautiful tote bag loaded with all sorts of amazing goodies for Archie and his care.

East Coast Roofing Systems replaced our 90+ year old soft-slate roof with Owens Corning architectural shingles, replacing roof sheathing as necessary; included was fascia capping, installation of 2 manually-opened skylights, and complete gutter/downspout replacement. We were simply delighted with the entire process: from estimating, thru removal of old roofing and skylights, then the installation of all new materials, and finally the cleanup. The crew completed the work in less time than estimated, a wonder to see; they protected plants and property. And the onsite manager (Mike) confirmed job scope with us at the start, answered all our questions during the demolition and installation, stayed on site essentially throughout, and assisted in the final cleanup. Where as we use to be nervous when we got a substantial rain because of the intermittent leaks, we now look forward to the next rain storm so we can just sit around and enjoy/listen to it. We would recommend your services to anyone we know.
Check out East Penn Roofing in Emmaus if you are ever in need for a new roof or repair. They have some very skilled roofers, and the owner Josh is a great guy! He's very upfront and honest, no bullshit. My job was estimated to be completed before 4:00 , but they ran into major plywood rot and other complications. These guys worked 12 hrs until 8:00 PM to complete my roof and even installed my gutter guards. You can't go wrong with East Penn Roofing.

Cleanliness: This place is so clean you could practically eat off of the floor! The foot baths are lined with plastic disposable liners so you don’t have to worry about cross contamination.
Stylist: Dina is the owner and nail tech. She is a lovely woman who provides an exceptional service. Her skills are top notch and my nails always look gorgeous and gel pedicures last beyond the time it takes for your nails to grow out. Pedicure stations are massage chairs-ahhhhh! Stylist: My stylist Ariana Betancourt is so incredibly skilled at what she does. She is always willing to try whatever crazy idea I have in my head, but will always tell me if she thinks something else might be more flattering and gives great suggestions. I have never once left her chair unhappy, and she does AMAZING fashion colors in addition to the really dynamic haircuts I ask for.

Reed removed a load bearing wall in our kitchen and added beams and support throughout our first floor and basement. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional in all that they do. They're pricing was very reasonable and they were very responsive. The work was done meticulously. They pay very close attention to detail and the crew was mindful of dust throughout the house... used plastic and dust collectors everywhere. I was extremely impressed with this contractor. Reasonable pricing, quality workmanship, and quick responsiveness is extremely hard to find in todays market. So happy to know one that I can trust. I will definitely use Reed Harris for future projects and would recommend them to anyone needing construction work.

She has a great eye for design and knows how to bring your ideas to life! The quality of work of the installers is mind blowing! They are so skilled, professional, and truly have a passion for their work. The thought that went into how to start and lay the tile was impressive. You can see in the shower floor and how even the tile is laid around the drain. Pricing wise they were average from the other quotes that we got, lower than some for sure. Jenny is the best therapist I have ever met. She goes the extra mile and she is a very open minded lady. She is middle aged but I choose her everytime. She enjoys our time together as much as I do. Most places I have been to you pay the therapist leaves and gives you plenty of time to undress and get ready on the table.
