Simple Clean did an amazing job on our stucco home as well as the surrounding patios and deck. Ryan was extremely responsive to all questions and went over all of the details with us. We will absolutely be returning clients and I give him 10 stars!

I contacted several power washing services, and wash my house was the lowest quote (admittedly not by much,) which lead me to believe it was a fair price. Chris arrived on time as expected, and worked hard on a hot Friday afternoon. The quality of the work done was exceptional, and I have zero complaints. He’ll be my first choice the next time it is needed. While here, he offered insight into our paved patio that it would need to be re-sanded, something I hadn’t considered. That extra nugget of information possibly saved me a great deal of time and money in the long run.

Chris at Express Clean Power Wash was excellent to work with. Promptly followed up on my RFQ and was proactive in contacting me with weather delays to reschedule appointment for work to be done. More importantly work done was beyond expectations. Thorough cleaning of my house with no damage and courteous interaction from crew. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for power cleaning services.
