I am a yearly customer of this Culligan dealer for an event at the nearby Coopers Lake Campground. They always find my details easily and serve me well. If you're a Pennsic attendee, stop reading and order! If you're local, this business is friendly and accommodating and I would heartily recommend them to you.
Culligan in Ellwood City has excellent service. Everyone there is kind and helpful. I want to give a high recommendation to Brian, our driver who exchanges our tanks. We forgot to leave the door open and he was nice enough to stop back later to exchange the tanks. He also said he could change the time of day that he stops to accommodate my schedule better. In spite of a very busy route, he was nice enough to do this.Also, Randy came because there was a problem with the tank and checked all our lines and made some adjustments and also an assistant, Troy was very helpful. The driver, Richie M. is extremely helpful! His manners, he was so polite, very knowledgeable, and if he didn’t have an answer to the question he knew just what to say to still help you out. He’s aware of his surroundings especially when driving. Overall 10/10 experience!
