The reception staff are pleasant and do their best, i guess they are not allowed to schedule anyone not already on their schedule. if your sick too bad.
melissa is a great medical assistant. i am also very happy with Dr Shore but with that said i can Never get an appointment . i called for an appointment for a non hospital emergency
and was told 24 hours before i could get an appointment and that is not with a Doctor.
They don’t even try to fit you in.
I will be looking for a new office . Not with TempleHealth, as you are just a number $$$$
Absolutely terrible assistance, reception is serverly disrespectful they don't give a damn about you or your well being no wonder this place is rated what it is and I would not recommend this place to anyone
I lost count how many times I had to be rescheduled due to "the doctor won't be here" and then have to be rescheduled 3-4 months later. That's ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and find another Doc. Plus 100% agree with all the comments about the staff at the front. The rudest people I've ever dealt with at a doctors office. Completely unprofessional.
