Julio was excellent to work with. Our floors turned out beautifully. I liked that he and his crew did the work themselves and didn't have subcontractors do it. Would definitely hire him again

We used Pro Floors to repair some flooring that another floor company inadequately attempted to repair. We were amazed how much they were able to match the repair to the rest of the floors and correct the issue that the other floor company said could not be done. Also, other floor companies contacted for the repair said that the entire floors would have to be redone to match (at a higher price), but Pro Floors was able to do the spot repair seamlessly. Highly recommend due to quality, value, and they were a pleasure to deal with.

Julio and his team are top-notch, the entire house looks amazing, I would recommend them to anyone. One of the things I really appreciated was the in-progress communication. Every time he discovered an issue (such as sub-floor termite damage) he would face-time me to show me the issue. He also would call at key times during the project to show me (again via face time) the progress. I am very happy that I went with Julio.
