When the hospital failed to get the flowers to the patient before they were discharged, Robertson's investigated what happened and although it was clearly not their fault, they delivered a second bouquet to the home address, despite it not being in their delivery range. “I called and ordered flowers for my mother's funeral on Wednesday at 4 pm . My moms funeral was Friday morning 10am . I had priced flowers and came upon In Bloom , which was less expensive . Called and talked to the owner , Carrie. She helped me figure out colors and flowers and I ended up placing my order with her . 5 stars is not enough .
